L2T Media engaged TangoCode to activate audiences through their CDP using multiple data source integrations and creating a more efficient user experience.

Challenge
L2T Media, an established automotive marketing services company recognized that they had a large amount of incredibly rich first-party data that could be used by their clients to better target potential customers.
They wanted to add value to their CDP, Customer Data Platform, offering that could activate audiences using that data, but they lacked the resources and infrastructure to process that level of information from multiple sources, clean the data, and target the appropriate buyers.
The new offering had to be completely integrated with their existing CDP and the dealers' specific CRMs so as to minimize friction and create the best possible user experience. All told, this included eight API integrations.
Actions
We developed a way to monitor traffic to various dealer sites, de-anonymize the visitors based on their journey, and match those visitors with the corresponding audiences within the dealers’ CRMs.
Once identified, the dealers could activate specific workflows that would engage the potential buyers across email, social, and text.
Results
Within three weeks of the product's launch, the company migrated all of their clients to the new offering. In that short span, their clients have already seen an uptick in leads per campaign.
